Hello, I'm Laurel, A personal Trainer & Photographer

I love being both a personal trainer and a photographer. After working in both worlds for over the past 10 years, I knew it was time for me to carve out a little space for myself.

I now operate out of a beautiful loft space in historic Pawtucket, Rhode Island. I feel SO lucky to be able to make a space that is just what I want it to be. Hardwood floors and high ceilings are the perfect backdrop, whether you're looking for a family photo shoot, a stunning boudoir session, or sweating an hour away doing pushups with me as your personal trainer.

I love that I have been able to intersect my two loves, training and photography and even overlap clients. I've had the honor of being multiple couples wedding photographer and personal trainer. I help you get wedding ready and then I get to be there the big day recording your love in person.
